Lapsus$ is back at it again, this time hitting electronics manufacturing giant Samsung. Lapsus$ has announced it had gained access to information regarding biometric authentication information and source code for both Samsung and Qualcomm. This could be an issue for the TrustZone environment which stores sensitive data on Samsung devices. This would include information such as biometrics and passwords and if this allows malware to access the TrustZone environment, all stored data could be vulnerable.
